Please note that, effective July 1, the Financial Aid Office has transitioned to Student Affairs under Dean of Enrollment Services, George Ambriz. Kate Kelley serves as Director of Financial Aid. The Financial Aid Office can be contacted at financialaid@hvcc.edu or 518-629-7150.
A Bursar will be hired to provide leadership and oversight to the Cashier’s Office, which will remain in Administration & Finance under Comptroller, Christine Lasch. The Cashier’s Office can be contacted at cashier@hvcc.edu or 518-629-4504.
Staff in both the Financial Aid and Cashier’s Offices will continue to work from their current location in Guenther Enrollment Services Center Room 110. Staff at the counter, on phones and answering e-mails will provide customer service for all policies and procedures associated with both the Financial Aid and Cashier’s Offices so students do not need to discern which office to approach with questions.
This modified arrangement is expected to enhance our ability to effectively serve students!
